Power Habits Series (1 and 2) Life and Performance Coaching Services and Packages

Most recently, I have been providing Life and Performance Coaching for David Lloyd Clubs HQ teams for over two years, including IT, Finance, Sales, and Membership. David Lloyd is currently the UK’s most successful premium health and fitness business.

However, after the COVID-19 pandemic and the first lockdown, David Lloyd’s IT, finance, and support teams had to work from home and many employees were placed on furlough. This situation had an adverse impact on employee morale and engagement levels declined. The successful business required external support to help these employees on a one-to-one basis and equip them with the necessary tools to work effectively in this new context and also to tackle the challenges within the subsequent restructuring within these teams.

It was important to work with a practitioner from a different sector with a fresh approach who had experience working within high-performing consultancies. Therefore, I produced a variety of 1-2-1 modules Life and Performance Coaching modules to help change the mindset to improve the attitude and performance of the IT/Finance and Support teams. I have also delivered team seminars on resilience, overcoming failure and tackling fears. Additionally I have arranged for leaders in IT and Microsoft MVP to provide talks on the growth mindset, continued personal development, personal branding and career conversations.

This has had a tremendous impact as we have successfully supported around 25 members of their teams across a variety of modules such as: Limited belief identification and management, Proactive thinking, Dealing with change, Solution-driven thinking, Dealing with procrastination, Creating a personal mission statement, Time management tactics, Communication, Finding purpose and Life balance evaluation.
